J David Mychael is a Freelance Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Certified Lifestyle Fitness Coach who works with, inspires and motivates clients at their residence, resident facility or outdoors.
David has worked with many clients Nationwide since 1991 specializing in Functional Fitness Training, Total Body Cross-Training and Sports Performance Training using primarily the Clients Own Bodyweight.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, tighten & tone, become a better athlete, or just live a healthier and more active lifestyle, it is essential to have the proper mental, physical and nutritional approach. David will work with you to create a personalized program to allow you to reach your potential; and through guidance and motivation, maximize the full benefits of your goals.
Constantly keeping abreast of the current advancements in Health and Fitness, having a genuine concern for, and maintaining undistracted attention to his clients; David possess the skills, knowledge, creativity and integrity to provide professional excellence. He also works in conjunction with a network of allied professionals in the Health and Fitness Industry, so when he identifies a client’s need outside of his scope of practice, he is able to assist that client by suggesting the proper referral.
Being a strong believer that health and fitness are important components in our lives, establishing a progressive program can improve your overall physical well-being that will lead to a longer, more active and healthy life.
Over the first few years as a personal trainer, David found when working with clients, different factors from outside the fitness studio were affecting their fitness results in both negative and positive ways.
This is when he decided to pursue and become Certified as a Lifestyle Fitness Coach allowing himself to assist and guide clients even more to achieve their goals when the results seemed out of reach, and realize the influences which helped them accomplish their goals quicker than expected.
In addition, after becoming aware of certain actions in a person’s life outside the fitness field effect the way decisions are made, he became Certified as a Life Strategies Coach to further assist his clients and others in their everyday choices to positively influence and guide them for tomorrow and the future.
