 I offer programs which address your specific areas of weakness and strength, as well as performance goals. My programs feature initial and periodic assessments to identify areas of limitation and pinpoint the best training methods to enable you to reach your specific training, performance and personal goals.

Your Personal Fitness Training Program consists of three progressive stages:

1) Adaptation Stage
- to build a foundation and familiarize you with the approach of your Personal Fitness Training Program.

2) Observance Stage - to be sure you have correctly developed proper form and technique of all movements used in your Personal Fitness Training Program.

3) Adjustment Stage – alter the program to be sure your body and muscles do not only become accustomed to the movements and techniques used in your Personal Fitness Training Program.

With every stage of your Personal Fitness Training Program, you will continuously reach the personal fitness goals you set, whether your goal was to increase your strength, stamina, co-ordination, alter your physique and/or more.

Systematically structuring and designing your program will allow you to reach your fitness goals; as well as optimize your performance by enhancing your natural abilities.

Working out with a friend is a perfect opportunity for you and a friend to participate in a fitness program to encourage one another, achieve your fitness goals and have FUN!

Consultation and Assessment

Your Consultation is designed to assess your current goals, challenges, and priorities for action.
This initial session will determine a compatible alliance between client and personal trainer.
This is also an excellent opportunity to ask any questions you may have to learn more about the services I offer.
