As a Freelance/In-home Personal Fitness Trainer, I have worked with clients Nationwide since 1991 specializing in Functional Fitness Training, Total Body Cross-Training, and Sports Performance Training. 

 

Whether your goal is to lose weight, become a better athlete, or just live a healthier and more active lifestyle, it is essential to have the proper mental and physical approach.  I will create a personalized program to allow you to reach your potential; and through guidance and motivation, maximize the full benefits of your goals.

 

Constantly keeping abreast of the current advancements in the Fitness, and having a genuine concern for, and maintaining undistracted attention to my clients, I possess the skills, knowledge, creativity and integrity to provide professional excellence. 

I also work in conjunction with a network of allied professionals in the Health and Fitness Industry so when I identify a client’s need outside of my scope of practice, I am able to assist that client by suggesting the proper referral.

 

Being a strong believer that health and fitness are important components in our lives, establishing a progressive program can improve your overall physical well-being that will lead to a longer, more active and healthy life.

 

Over the years I have found, when working with my personal training clients, different factors from outside the fitness studio were affecting their fitness results in both negative and positive ways. 

This is when I decided to pursue Lifestyle Fitness Coaching allowing myself to assist  clients even more to achieve their goals when the results seemed out of reach, and realize the influences which helped them accomplish their goals quicker than expected. 

In addition, after learning how certain actions in a person’s life outside the fitness field effect the way decisions are made pertaining to their fitness goals, I became a Life Strategies Coach to further assist others in their everyday life decisions.

I offer programs which address your specific areas of weakness and strength, as well as performance goals.  My programs feature initial and periodic assessments to identify areas of limitation and pinpoint the best training methods to enable you to reach your specific training, performance and personal goals.

 

                 Your Personal Fitness Training Program consists of three progressive stages: 

 

                 1)  Adaptation Stage - to build a foundation and familiarize you with the approach of your

                                                     Personal Fitness Training Program. 

 

                 2)  Observance Stage - to be sure you have correctly developed proper form and

                                                       technique of all movements used in your Personal Fitness Training

                                                       Program.

 

                 3)  Adjustment Stage -  alter the program to be sure your body and muscles do not only

                                                      become accustomed to the movements and techniques used in

                                                      your Personal Fitness Training Program.

 

With every stage of your Personal Fitness Training Program, you will continuously reach the personal fitness goals you set, whether your goal was to increase your strength, stamina, co-ordination, alter your physique or more.

 

Systematically structuring and designing your program will allow you to reach your fitness goals; as well as optimize your performance by enhancing your natural abilities.

Your Complimentary Consultation is designed to ensure a compatible alliance between client and personal trainer.  This initial session assesses your current goals, challenges, and priorities for action.
