What Kind of Workout Can You Expect?
Sport Specific Training is for Female and Male Athletes (and those who want to train like athletes), to achieve their performance goals by improving fitness levels through their process from Amateur to Professional to Elite Athlete; or Fitness Novice to Intermediate to Advanced!
I offer private and semi-private (1-3 person) programs which address your specific sport, areas of challenges and strengths, and performance goals. All programs feature initial and periodic assessments to identify areas of limitation and pinpoint the best training methods to enable you to reach specific training, performance and personal goals.
Systematically personalizing your program will allow you to reach your goals and optimize your performance by enhancing your natural abilities using proper operational movements and techniques correctly to reduce your chance of injury.
Must Bring to Every Session
Water Bottle - Recommended at least 24 ounces.
(It is also recommended that your name is on your bottle.)
Towel - One to wipe sweat from your body.
Comfortable Clothing – Workout attire appropriate for indoor and/or outdoor
exercising. Layering is advised. Also please be
advised that you always have the possibility of getting
dirty when training outdoors.
Comfortable Jogging/Running Shoes – Appropriate for indoor and outdoor
walking, jogging and/or running.

When training the same way week after week or month after month you may find that you hit a plateau and cannot stimulate your body to reach the goals you set forth.
Solution: You must not only be functionally specific in your training, but you must also Cross-Train to be more Functionally Fit to reach your Goals!

Overall Results - I design the best fitness programs necessary to make positive and lasting changes for those seeking higher levels in fitness, health, lifestyle, performance and/or overall appearance in a safe and reliable manner. The results you will see will have an impact on you staying focused and driven to create a pattern for success fitness which you will use as your lifestyle choice for the future.

Consultation and Assessment
Your Consultation is designed to assess your current goals, challenges, and priorities for action.
This initial session will determine a compatible alliance between client and personal trainer.
This is also an excellent opportunity to ask any questions you may have to learn more about the services I offer.
